1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing AI Vibe Planner, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service.

2. Credit System

AI Vibe Planner operates on a “Credit” basis. Credits are purchased as one-time packs and deducted upon successful generation of services (Blueprints, Validations).

• Credits have no cash value and are non-refundable except where required by law.
• Credits never expire as long as your account remains active.
• We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing for future purchases.

3. AI Content Clause

Blueprints and validations are generated by AI. While we strive for high accuracy and strategic value, AI Vibe Planner does not guarantee the success of any project or the absolute accuracy of technical documentation. You are responsible for verifying all AI-generated output before production use.

4. Intellectual Property

You own the rights to the specific blueprints and ideas generated for your account. AI Vibe Planner owns the underlying AI prompts, design system, and proprietary architecture used to generate that content.

5. Account Usage

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Any unauthorized use of your account or credit balance should be reported to us immediately.

6. Limitation of Liability

AI Vibe Planner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
